100% Lion's Mane Mushroom powder from Mushrooms grown by us in Cobh, Co.Cork on hardwood sawdust. Our mushrooms are grown using Irish Organic Oat grains to make the mushroom spawn in our Lab, we use the spawn to innoculate locally sourced hardwood sawdust. Finally we dry and powder the whole Fruiting Body (the mushroom) so that it can be used in any way you wish, smoothies, coffee etc.
